frankly, your baby won’t really remember the first three years after it gets old enough.. so spoil her silly now while it won’t give her an ego, and ease up when she gets closer to 5 and starts to develop a serious Princess Syndrome

As long as you dont treat her like a princess and give her what ever her heart desires all the time she’ll be a normal little girl. But for now you do what you want. If you want disney princesses in her room well then do it. Every little girl wants to be a princess for a little while anyway, and when she’s older she may not even like princesses or want to be treated like one you know? For now indulge and do whatever your heart desires.

Who cares what they think. If your kid is spoiled rotten it doesn’t matter as long as she’s respectful to others. My kid’s have everything and there are bratty to me but they are ALWAYS respectful to adults and family. Every little girl loves Disney Princess’s it won’t make her rotten!

Aww, I am sorry sweetie. That was a rude thing for the employee to say. It sounds like maybe she is jealous. If it were me I would call the store and ask to speak to manager and tell them what the employee said. It sounds to me like your daughter is coming into a family that truly loves and cares about her. Don’t worry about what other people say, your daughter will be fine. It doesn’t matter what she has or doesn’t have. What matters is how you and your husband raise her. Congrats on your pregnancy!

She won’t if you don’t spoil her at an early age. If you decorate her room like that, don’t worry! Room decor doesn’t affect one’s attitude, but rather the room decor is the *effect* of the attitude.

Your child wont be rotton! Disney princesses wont have any negative effects on your child, its the morals and examples that you set for your child that affect how they turn out. In fact, I worked with a little girl who looooves Disney princesses, and shes a sweety. Whenever I try to teach her how to sit at a table etc I just say Sit up straight, that’s how princesses eat and it works like a charm. Besides, I dont think theres anything wrong with women feeling like princesses, its how we should be treated in the first place! And Disney princesses are all strong, kind and caring characters. I dont know what a walmart is like because i live in New Zealand but from the movies they dont look like a place educated parental advice People work at.

Your daughter will be fine. What you decorate an infants room in will not affect the baby. I decorated my daughter’s room in a princess theme. I went over the top and got everything I could. I even painted the walls purple. Don’t listen to what some walmart employee said. All that matters is that you are happy with her room. What the room is decorated in is more for the mom anyways. The baby doesn’t know what a princess is. Congratulations on the girl.

A newborn doesn’t know anything when they get here. It is the way you treat them and baby them while they are growing up that make them rotten. I myself have always said that I would do everything in my power to give my child the things that I could not have. She may be spoiled but she is mine and this is the choice I made. It is of no concern of anyone else what or how your child turns out but the parents of it. You should have told her just to get the hamper if they had one and that you didn’t ask for her opinion.

I remember these days of my pregnancy. Sometimes even a wrong look can hurt you feelings. You are experiencing these ups and downs due to your pregnancy hormones going haywire. You already have one little one whom I sure you did a great job with, so I’m sure you are going to do a great job with this one too. Room decor will not matter one way or the other in making your baby rotten. The purpose of it really is to have a place you and your baby will enjoy and be happy in.
